My Mission is Your Confidence
After reviewing thousands of resumes and conducting over 10,000 corporate interviews, I learned a crucial truth: confidence and social fluency are the real keys to opening doors. Yet, so many bright minds were missing out simply because they lacked the blueprint for how to connect, converse, and carry themselves.
I knew these unwritten rules shouldn't be reserved just for corporate boardrooms—they belong in our homes and classrooms, too.
Today, I’ve traded being a gatekeeper for being a dedicated mentor. Through GPS Empowerment, I help the younger generation and their families build essential communication and etiquette skills early, transforming how they interact at home, at school, and in every space they enter.
Today, my joy is helping the next generation discover their unique voice, master social graces, and carry themselves with an authentic presence that commands respect.

"If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes."

Pulling Back the Curtain
During my career in corporate recruiting, I noticed a consistent pattern: success rarely comes down to talent alone. It’s driven by how we communicate, connect with others, and carry ourselves in shared spaces. That insight sparked a broader purpose. GPS Empowerment was created to bring those vital interpersonal skills out of the corporate vacuum and directly into homes, schools, and communities.
By breaking down communication, social etiquette, and confidence into warm, interactive lessons, we empower the younger generation and their families to build stronger bonds at home, thrive at school, and set a lifetime foundation for future success.
Empowering Every Stage of Growth
No matter where you, your family or your organization are on the journey, I meet you with practical guidance, zero judgment, and a whole lot of encouragement.

Beyond my corporate background, my passion for teaching presence comes straight from my heart and heritage. In my tribute book, Mama Said… A Dozen Roses from the Heart, I share the foundational life lessons passed down to me by my mother, Ms. Elsie. She taught me that true etiquette isn't about being stiff, stuffy, or superior—it’s about self-respect, integrity, and making others feel valued in your presence.
That timeless philosophy is woven into every single workshop, book, and coaching session I deliver.
